Return & Exchange Policy
Our company promises a 7-day no-reason return policy under the following conditions:

The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:

4. The outer packaging is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), affecting resale.

**How to Apply for a Return** 📝
1. **Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons**: Within 7 days of receipt, please send an email to the after-sales service center, provided the product does not affect resale. After-sales customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving the email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
2. **Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to the after-sales service center at service@mail.dduudgp.com. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
3. **Refunds:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly. After receiving the goods, the courier company will notify us to process the refund. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
